[Pharos has decided that he likes scarves- the gloves and hat he’d been given were alright, but there was something comforting about this. So, when the video feed clicks on to show him and Minako, the dark haired boy is wearing a bright yellow scarf. He’s also looks completely fascinated by the screen.]

[ meanwhile, while Minako is smiling, a more trained eye will be able to notice that it’s a little bit strained. seeing Pharos so interested in the world and learning is great and all, but the question of how he had manifested here was still looming over her head. that, combined with what appeared to be some kind of unsettling foreshadowing through him wanting to wear that particular scarf is only making her more nervous. ]

It’s recording us! That means that everyone can see what we’re doing through those devices around the city. You can talk to a bunch of people at once like this.

Really? [Pharos, completely oblivious to her discomfort, moves a little closer to the camera before pulling back, smiling. So a lot of people can see you at once….?] Hello!

[ she can’t help but giggle a bit. ] You got it. They can’t respond right away, though - once we hang up and post this to the network, that’s when people can comment and talk back to you. So if you have something you wanna ask everybody, this is the best way to do it!

[Hmmm. Pharos ponders this a moment more before looking up at her.] Should I ask something now?
