[Olivia is looking very uncomfortable on the screen, not even making eye contact with it. She looks like she wants to say something, but she doesn't. It takes a few more seconds for her to start speaking.]

I, I was wondering if... [Oh no it's too much. Think of all the people that are watching her! She ends up covering the camera, so only her voice can be heard now.] I'm sorry, but I was wondering if anyone here likes to dance? I'm not very good, but maybe practicing together will help with the, umm... touching we have to do.

[There's an awkward pause before she speaks again, and it's much faster.] I have something to do I should go now!

*A girl in black tattoos and a blue nightgown with owls on it appears on the screen, looking at the camera nervously. She's in the communal room, but from the lights off and the single TV lit up in the back, it's pretty obvious the video was sent in the middle of the night.*

Anyone else had a power mishap in bed?

[the feed flickers on; it looks like Asuka's managed to find a reasonable approximation of her black hat and red/white jacket. A small blue scarf has been tied around one arm, since there's no longer a rush to discard the jacket to get into her Eva, and the hat is missing her badges but hey, it's close enough.]

Alright, may as well start trying to get organised. I propose we pool our knowledge; scientists, medical experts, concerned citizens, anyone familiar with crossing dimensions... hell, anyone who even knows magic at this point [THERE ARE DRAGONS, WHY NOT] - anyone who thinks they can contribute or has something to say, lets meet up at the plaza; same one where we arrived. I'll be there from noon tomorrow. Theories, ideas, anything. We'll throw stuff at walls and see what sticks.

I'm Asuka Langley Shikinami, by the way; Captain Asuka Langley Shikinami. Don't confuse me with the other one. [she taps her eyepatch]. And yeah, I'm older than I look. Long story.

Finally, to anyone concerned... supposedly, once we're done here they'll drop us right back off where we left; same time and place. There's also some kind of medical 'failsafe' in place should the worst happen whatever that means. Up to you how much you want to trust it.

...Oh, and try not to touch me either; I'm waiting to see what happens. Doesn't seem too bad yet.

Shura can be found in the communal room of building 1, figuring out the computer terminal and the network. It shouldn't be too different from the computers at home... ah, here we go.

"Hello. So. Anyone else here's not human and weirded out to suddenly be in a huge human city full of human people? It's making me uncomfortable, and I think the feeling is mutual."

This has of course nothing to do with the fact that she is shirtless. Nothing at all.

[Having cleaned herself off, changed into clothing that didn't look like some kind of futuristic swim suit, and settled into her little apartment, it was time to get some stuff done before the time came again to go out and look for someone to touch and fulfill the strange condition imposed upon her by the powers that be.

For now that meant sitting in front of a terminal and see just how many of her fellow pilots had also been dragged into this strange place.]

Before I get down to business, I guess I should introduce myself to all you guys. My name is Mari Illustrious Makinami, my age is a secret and, before I was sent here, I spent most of my time trying to prevent the end of the world by piloting a giant robot thing!

And speaking of...I would reallly like to know how many Eva pilots are hanging around this place. So let's get this roll call started and see what happens.

Oh and if you want to know more about me or anything else feel free to ask here or in person. I'm in room 2-14 in building and am always up for visitors.

I am Vexen. [Vexen is using the terminals for this. He might have gotten his laptop upgraded to access the network, he's not going to reveal it just yet. He'd rather not have everyone know about it just yet - though it is inevitable he'll slip up.] I spoke with several of you when we first arrived. For those I did not, I have a simple question.

What were you all doing in the ten minutes leading up to your arrival here.

Also I would like to know how many different worlds are present. This is of course, pure fascination on my part.

If you are uncomfortable with answering my first question over the network, I can be found in the first floor of the second building. The library if you will.

[For those that do seek him out in person, Vexen is near the entrance of the first floor in Building Two, several books on various scientific subjects scattered about while he types up some notes. There's even one on the subject of cloning... It is mercifully closed.]
