[That shaky voice you hear belongs to Luke Triton. Why does he sound so shaky? Because he feels like he's been locked in a freeze for a few hours. You'd assume that'd stop him from complaining about it, but it doesn't.]

I-I k-knew it was a m-matter of time before t-they tried s-something funny! No city that k-kidnaps you from y-your home and traps you b-behind walls can b-be all that good, no matter h-how nice it looks on the outside! 

[He'd continue his paranoid rant even longer if wasn't so distracted by the cold.]

[Luke's sitting outside the apartments, bundled up in blankets. He figured that the summer heat combined with the blankets would do something, but he's still just as cold as he was without them. Anyone who walks past will be getting a miserable look from this kid, but he doesn't seem like he's planning on asking for help.]
