His ears are perked and tail raised behind him, so it's quite impossible to miss them in the broadcast. He barely looks older than twelve and judging from the positioning of his hands, he was just fiddling with the console for far longer than anyone else would feel comfortable admitting. ]

Let's just assume it's working now. Anyway, hello. My name is Sissel. I know a lot of people don't feel very comfortable with our circumstances right now, or how life energy is being used to power the city. I do know that not touching is making people sick, though. That's not so great, so I'm offering to meet up and help you out with that if you need it. It's not so bad if you don't need to ask for help first, right?
