Hello! For those of you that I didn't meet on the first day, my name is Irene, and I'm the city's liaison to the arrivals from other worlds. It's a pleasure to meet you!

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their hard work. It hasn't even been a month, and the city's energy levels are already picking up. Because of that, we expect to be able to re-energize and open the Third District to visitors soon.

But before we can do that, there's a few things that need to be done. I'm posting today to ask for volunteers to help power a number of generators throughout the district, which will then activate and negate the draining effect that is presently still active. There's three large generators and a number of smaller ones. If you are in good health and would like to participate, please gather at the bridges between Districts 2 and 3 early Sunday afternoon.

I'll also answer any questions you have about the operation at this time. Thank you again for all your help.

There are panels on the generators that will need to be touched in order to activate them. It will pull from the energy reserves of participants in order to start the machine, but they'll begin working on their own within a few moments.

As long as you go with a partner or group to assist you, it should be fine. The draining effect isn't as harsh as it was before.

There are touch panels on the generators - you'll be able to touch them and give them energy that way.

The generators created energy for the city so that it can keep running when we send you all home. We're asking for volunteers because we don't want to push anyone who isn't feeling well into helping.

He had long since discovered that attempting to enter it was not good for his health and so with an easy smile, he eases himself into view of the touchscreen, careful to press the buttons just as he had been shown not too long ago to respond to the message. ]

Ah... So you are ahead of schedule? That's good news for everyone you've gathered. I don't suppose you have a plan to negate the... draining effects of the district do you?

The draining effect will be partially negated during the process - activating the generators will negate it fully, and it will be safe to enter then.

You'll have to touch the generators to provide them enough energy to activate. You'll be going in groups to prevent the drain from effecting any one person too badly.
