Trust me, I know what you mean. Sometimes it's hard to let yourself just...let go a little. Believe it or not, it can be an acquired skill. I had to learn the hard way myself, after being on the job for so many years. If you'd like, I could try to help.

Hmmm... Music, huh? Did you ever think about learning to play an instrument? It takes practice, but it's really fun once you learn how.

I know playing my flupe helps me relax. It's like... the music gives my feelings somewhere to go, rather than them just being all jumbled up inside.
