There isn't much fanfare in this posting, even with the official notice on the top. Actually, there's something almost stark in its simplicity. Just basic text and a blinking cursor on a black background, that slowly loads up into a full message:

Local and guest alike.

Several months ago the city experienced a disruption in the form of a transmission hacking of an official feed; as many of you reading this are aware. We have since been reviewing the data and running decryption on the hijacking's interference, and have come to a conclusion on a location of the signal.

It is outside of the city walls, which now makes it necessary for us to enlist the help of those called to the city.

Be advised that the person is an unknown factor, and likely to be dangerous. In addition, the environment outside is hazardous as well, and should be approached with caution. Because of this risk, volunteers will be rewarded for their efforts. They will also be the first on the scene with uncovering answers that we all doubtless wish to discover.

Representatives from their respective departments will be available to answer questions, and impart necessary information. Given the nature of this task, there may be additional requests granted. However, they are only requests. The first and major goal in this is gathering information.

Fare you well, and may the Twins guard you while afield.

May I ask why this was not explained to us when we were brought here? It might have helped some of us be more sympathetic to your cause.

For the longest time, i suspected that the history of this world was being hidden from us deliberately, and I'm certain i was not the only one. Kind of makes it hard for newcomers to trust you, wouldn't you agree?

I agree; it would have. However not all share this thought; some may even be wary of intentions even now.

Let me put it this way: when we finally brought in other people from different worlds, it was done so with many simply accepting it as a necessity. Yet as most who are cut off from the outside world for so long, they have a hard time trusting those they aren't familiar with.

So, from what you're implying, though many have been welcoming of us here, they don't truly trust us with the knowledge of what happened to Saeng Seong and the world at large, is that correct?

There are some among us who feel that way, yes.
