This is going to sound odd but has anyone seen a black kitten with blue eyes and a red collar and bell? He has a habit of getting out of my apartment and into everything.

[And by everything, he means everything. He swore he saw him at work one day running around in the kitchen.]

If you see him, he goes by 'Banchou' and likes to purr a lot. Thanks in advance.

That's...easier said than done. He was one of those kittens that chased after snow monsters back in December and won.
