[Doctor Holiday appears on the screen in the lounge of her apartment complex (Building 2, if you must know) and she looks rather worried. Every now and then, her eyes will glance off screen.]

I know this sounds ridiculous, especially for the time of year, but have any of you-?

[She turns around quickly, before slowly looking back to the screen.]

I think I'm just really paranoid or... someone's trying to prank me? I don't know, I just-

[She turns again... Then quickly glances back to the screen.]

Am I the only one seeing things?

[Holiday realizes how crazy she seems in that moment...]

Don't think you're the only one seeing things here, ma'am. [Steve's been seeing, or at least he thinks he's been seeing, shadows flicker at the corner of his eyes. He thought it was just stress or exhaustion, but it looks like others have been affected too. Maybe, at least.]

You, as well? This is... worrisome for so many to see the same thing.

Almost feels like this city is preparing itself for Halloween. [Going overboard in his opinion though. This isn't necessary.] Not sure what to make of these shadows.

Think the locals can see them? I don't remember them being affected by the temperature situation back two months ago. [But it wouldn't hurt to ask anyway, just to be sure.]

I don't know, but they have to know that others are seeing them by now.

... That is a good point, though. As far as I know, the entire illness due to lack of physical contact doesn't affect them either.

Our hosts might be responsible for this. Or these ghosts just don't like foreigners.

[Holiday sighs and rubs her eyes.]

We'll get to the bottom of this eventually. [He tries to be a little optimistic now.] And when we do, we'll figure out where to go from there.
