[and, unsure if this is properly doing its thing or not, Draco just hopes that it's working so that he's not literally talking to a wall. Draco seems to decide looking at the screen is probably the best course of action, as he talks—so to those viewing him, his eyecontact isn't direct, but hey, it's not too off!]

Some of you've already met me; my name is Draco Malfoy. I'm a somewhat recent arrival for this embarrassment of a city.

I heard this was probably the easiest way to contact people conveniently, since there's no other option. I'm looking for a partner—someone to rely on when I start to get ill.

That said, besides obviously helping the health of whoever steps up to the task, you won't be doing this for nothing. I'm a wizard—I know magical abilities aren't incredibly uncommon around here, but there's a fair bit of magic that can be incredibly convenient in the—[Draco half scowls, half winces,] domestic scheme of things, I guess...

Anyway—a simple exchange of information, such as where we're living or places we frequent, and trust enough to find one another as necessary is all I ask.

They claim that all this was by accident, though I'm not sure how they can say that when some group of scientists are making a bloody machine that transports people from different worlds here.

Yes. Believe me, I'm just as befuddled as you are, and I've been here since July.

...Well, even if it was an accident—which I also sincerely doubt—it's clear that our being here would at least be a symptom of something more sinister in the making, wouldn't it?

I personally find it hard to believe we've all been brought here at random, like it's some kind of coincidence—perhaps we've all got something in common that they want.

I've wondered if it wasn't random myself. However, I was brought here with a few of my colleagues from back home. One by one, they've been disappearing. Other people I met have also disappeared and I don't know why. Don't you think that if they hand-picked certain beings they would pick ones that actually liked to engage in physical activity?

Well, I can't imagine that's the only possible variable. Maybe it's something more like—similar abilities, or similar histories in some way or another? Could be just about anything—and who knows what that thing is or why it's specifically valuable to these prigs.

Your guess is as good as mine, I'm afraid. We won't know more until they tell us anything.
