1st Punch [Video]
[Akihiko is standing in front of a terminal, musing for a few minutes on what he wants to say to the others. After he makes up his mind, he touches the screen to access the network.]
Hey, everyone. Listen up!
You all know what we have to do. Being stubborn about it is just gonna get you killed, so don’t even bother wasting your time. We don’t have to hang off of each other all the time! Stick with your friends, or just go shake someone’s hand every once in a while. This energy problem affects everyone, and there’s no sense in making things worse.
[He’s not happy about being stuck in some foreign city either, completely cut off from home, but there’s a mission to complete here. The sooner they get it done and over with, the sooner they can all go back home. Right?]
So, c’mon, guys! [Akihiko lifts his arms and punches one fist into the opposite open palm, while maintaining a confident look on his face.] Let’s help each other out, okay?

[Basketball's more about lower body strength, and she fights with guns, so Yuna's training tends to focus more on speed.]

I’m guessing you’d need fast reflexes more for basketball, right? So building up your endurance is important. Weightlifting usually builds arm muscle, and upper body strength. [He muses for a moment.] But you can build leg strength too, on certain machines.

Well, I guess it never hurts to be well-rounded, right? And a little more arm strength could help me out when I'm trying to defend the ball.
[And then she breaks out into a wide grin.]
Especially since I'm already the fastest feet on the court.

Hey, I’m always up for self-improvement! Oh, is that right? [That sounds like a challenge!] This I’ve gotta see.
Tell you what: you help me train on getting faster, and I’ll teach you about weightlifting. How does that sound? Being quick on my feet would help me evade better.

[She'd shake his hand again if she were actually there. For now, he'll have to make do with an enthusiastic thumbs up. Yuna is pumped as hell to have an exercise partner.]

How about tonight? I ran this morning, so I should give my body some time to rest. I can adjust my training regime tomorrow, if I need to.
