[Akihiko is standing in front of a terminal, musing for a few minutes on what he wants to say to the others. After he makes up his mind, he touches the screen to access the network.]

Hey, everyone. Listen up!

You all know what we have to do. Being stubborn about it is just gonna get you killed, so don’t even bother wasting your time. We don’t have to hang off of each other all the time! Stick with your friends, or just go shake someone’s hand every once in a while. This energy problem affects everyone, and there’s no sense in making things worse.

[He’s not happy about being stuck in some foreign city either, completely cut off from home, but there’s a mission to complete here. The sooner they get it done and over with, the sooner they can all go back home. Right?]

So, c’mon, guys! [Akihiko lifts his arms and punches one fist into the opposite open palm, while maintaining a confident look on his face.] Let’s help each other out, okay?

Hey, I’m always up for self-improvement! Oh, is that right? [That sounds like a challenge!] This I’ve gotta see.

Tell you what: you help me train on getting faster, and I’ll teach you about weightlifting. How does that sound? Being quick on my feet would help me evade better.

[Actually, there were one or two girls faster than her back home, but everybody's allowed to brag a little bit once in a while. Yuna's real strength is in her jump shot. But she can definitely help him with speed all the same.]

Deal!

[She'd shake his hand again if she were actually there. For now, he'll have to make do with an enthusiastic thumbs up. Yuna is pumped as hell to have an exercise partner.]

When can we start?

[He has pretty damn good speed, but it’s pretty likely than Yuna is faster than him. He doesn’t focus on running as a competitive sport, after all.

Have another fist bump at the screen! And then he straightens up to consider her question.]

How about tonight? I ran this morning, so I should give my body some time to rest. I can adjust my training regime tomorrow, if I need to.

[I'm fine with either, really. I still think we should do that accidental video post when they get around to wrestling, though.]
