I understand sometime has passed since we first arrived to this world. I would like to know what you enjoy the most about this place, if anything.

I do have another question, for those who wish to answer.
Why do you exist? Why do you think you were born?

She has changed your life quite a lot, hasn't she?

More then I could ever tell ya, Kaworu. She's been the one constant in my life aside from fighting all the horrors NERV seems to make every other day.

Besides her, nothing else brings you comfort?

I mean I like piloting the Eva and hanging out with the bridge crew once in awhile, but there is not a lot of time for fun when the worlds constantly on the brink of ending.

But this world isn't like yours.

You got me there. I'm really enjoying myself here.

Back home I wouldn't have had the time to learn to dance, organize a game night, or play sports with random people just for the fun of it.

Those things, do they make you comfortable?

It feels good to not have to worry about giant robot attacks and people trying to kill me constantly, if that's what you mean.

Independent of what you had to do before. There are things you enjoy and things you don't, regardless of what you did back in your world, Mari-san.

I like having more friends and doing things with them, being able to be with the princess in such a close way, and it makes me a little restless that I haven't been able to pilot the Eva lately.

But all that would be true regardless of where I was. I think.

Restless that you haven't been able to pilot the Eva?

Though that would mean you would have to fight?

It was sort of cathartic to be able to go out and punch angels and NERV's little toys until I felt better. So I'm sort of missing that outlet here.

I really don't want to fight anybody or thing here if I don't have to, so I'll just find other ways to make me feel better. Like cuddling with the princess, for example.
