[Surprise! For once, Lightning is not in full armor, but in civilian clothing. A beige long-sleeved top in fact, from what can be seen in the video.]

This is Lightning-- I work at the chocobo barn. [Actually, it's a little obvious, with the small bright red feather in her pink hair.] I heard there was another nest of eggs while I was away, and some people have already claimed them.

If you're one of the owners of the chicks from whatever batch, or you just own one of the chocobos in the barn, let me know, so I can keep track of how many birds we have here, and who they're with. [And so she wont glare at you suspiciously if she sees you visit the barn or wander around with a chick.]

I know someone back home who has a chocobo chick. It's almost as large as my fist or maybe a little smaller[and Lightning's a pretty petite lady despite her strength] but the adults in my world grow up well over seven feet. Ten feet give or take, depending on their breed. He'll be fine.

[She's not so sure about the measurements of chocobos, but she just knows they're all tall and strong.]

[Light bites back a smirk at that, because it's like talking to a younger, more serious-faced Snow. Even the voices are almost the same.]

Let him fly around, if he can. It could help.

He tries, but he tires out after a while. I got a way to catch him, though.

Thinkin' maybe he has a rider he can carry, get some weight training in. [A pause, and he rubs his chin. He knows some people light enough...]

Don't be too hard on him. Chicks can fly. Adults cant. At least, the breeds I know.

I tell him no but he keeps peckin' at me to try it out like I ain't still taller n' heavier! I'll crush him, man.

I mean, the kids that swing by and wanna ride love him, but he gets all riled up and I feel like he wants to take me somewhere. Couldn't say where; city's only so big.

[He ruffles his hair. What to do. Pushy bird.]

[She has NO IDEA what to say to that. She's not a chocobo expert. She's just their guard.

But a tiny chocobo that wants to get somewhere?] Ever take him out for a walk?

Every day. I get him his s-word and fresh air away from the barn. We go on runs but it's been weeks since I could run faster than him, so there's that.

I'm not an expert on chocobos. I just guard the barn.

[Pause.]

If he's pressuring you to ride him maybe he just wants something in his saddle.

I think he wants to pay me back somehow. But I can't give him that yet.
