[The video feed began, and Naoto would appear on the screen, dressed in her usual hat, fine jacket and neck tie, perhaps even more refined than usual. Sitting at her desk, she'd made sure that the area where the video would work was immaculate. First impressions were important after all.]

Good day, Saeng Seong; my name is Naoto Shirogane. I have met some of you already, but to those who I've yet to meet, I felt it was important to make this video to properly introduce myself.

In my own world, I am a detective working with various police organizations across Japan, helping them solve 'unsolvable crimes'. Obviously, Saeng Seong is relatively peaceful...

But, I find it still prudent to be prepared. Thus, I'd like to announce that by Wednesday next week, the Shirogane Detective Agency will be opening in District 3. If you ever are in need of assistance, please consider coming to the agency or contacting me.

[She tipped her hat towards the screen, offering them a small smile.]

Fuuka-san, Kirijo-san; I am aware this is sudden, but I would like to extend an invitation to the two of you. I would be honoured if you'd consider working with me at my agency.

[Naoto leaned back somewhat, her eyes keeping that calm look, but there was a level of uncertainty; would they even be interested? Or would they doubt her sincerity?]

You're both talented women and I trust in your abilities to be able to compliment my own weaknesses. I hope to hear back from you, but the invitation will always be opened.

[With that, a small sound in his throat. That Chinese place was really good. For a moment he was quiet, not really considering as he wants to play a little hardball. The walking stomach doesn't look at the camera and shrugs stiffly.]

I-I toldja I don't wanna be paid for that kinda stuff!

[Was that a smirk on her face? After all, just because she wouldn't buy him lunch directly didn't mean that she could finish those huge lunch portions herself, y'know?]

Oh... Clive? He's a handful, man, and he's barely a week old. Follows me around everywhere and eats like one'a those black holes.

Well, that's good; it means he's imprinted on you properly and considers you his mother. What does he feed on?

[Gahh, why'd she have to say it like that!? She could'a said 'father', but... alright, he -did- help the bird hatch and... well, shit, he's not even piping up to correct her.]

Nuts sometimes, but... veggies, man. All kinds'a veggies. Broccoli, carrots, celery-

[He pauses, looks around, and lowers his voice.]

-Spinach. His favorite. Can't say the word unless I got some in the kitchen somewhere or he goes crazy lookin' for it.

I see... I'll need to buy some spinach over for a treat, then, next time you come up to visit.

[Another small smile.]

And have some nuts around the office, as those don't go bad as easily...

Ahh, you're gonna spoil him. ...Wait, s'it spoiling if you're not givin' 'em sweets?

Only if it's not particularly healthy for him. Either way, I can make it a 'sometimes food' if you'd prefer.

...Damn, I dunno. Maybe it'll give him that growth spurt he's missin' out on- the other babies are gettin' huge, but he's still a little guy.

Well, I have some time tonight. I'll stop by with some treats for him, then. If that's alright for you, of course.

... S-sure. Clive really likes you. [You hear that? That's a big bird going weeeeehh!! when he hears a familiar voice over the communicator watch.]
