Spirit Things

It seems like now everyone's running into these spirits, and I got one brushing up against me just a little while ago. It... was not fun at all.

I saw things there, but there was quite a lot of fire involved. I dunno if that's a sign, but the location... can't get my mind off it either. I'm going to go check out the 4th District in a little while, but everyone stay safe. I don't think attacks work against the masked ones either, so I'm not even going to try.

Yuna, I might need a pick me up before I head out just fyi.

Fire? Are you all right?

Yeah I am, I'm just a little shaken up. It wasn't an experience that I wanted to go through I can tell you that much. And yet a lot of the area seemed familiar...

Well, be careful, okay?

I will be. Can I come over? I think I need a hug after that one.

Sure, I'll be back in a few minutes. Door's unlocked, you know where I am.

All right, I'll be there in a little bit then. Thanks Yuna. [And she's off!]

[By the time Rin gets there, Yuna's already made herself comfortable on the couch in her apartment's living room area.]

[Arriving, she practically flung herself into Yuna's arms, shaking like a leaf.] H-hey... thanks for being here.

Whoa, you weren't kidding...

[Yuna sits up in place, protectively wrapping Rin up in her arms.]

You sure you're okay?

Getting there... I just need to hold onto someone for a while. You obviously.

[Nuzzling her affectionately, Rin practically pooled herself into Yuna's lap.] What I saw shook me...

But it was just an illusion or something, right?

[Yuna squeezes at her hand.]

I'm pretty sure it was, although the location itself seemed pretty real to me.

So just... lots of fire, or was there something else?

There was.... a fire yes but there were two women, hooded... and a temple... I think it's the temple that was in the 4th district. What they said worried me.

"Mother Earth--grant these lost souls succor in their hour of need. Permit thee that thy caverns grant refuge for thy wandering children."

No light orbs, none yet at least. But there seems to be things everywhere at least. It's not fun. I'm not thinking of leaving the house till this blows over.

You have food? Thinking people might need to get some supplies for the shut ins....

I've got some groceries. Not many but it's enough to last a few days.

I'll bring up some more.

[Right. Better than the window... And food. She has it.]

Hey thanks for coming. [She says as she opens the door and all.]

I brought snacks. [And meatier things. She holds up the bag.[
