1st Punch [Video]
[Akihiko is standing in front of a terminal, musing for a few minutes on what he wants to say to the others. After he makes up his mind, he touches the screen to access the network.]
Hey, everyone. Listen up!
You all know what we have to do. Being stubborn about it is just gonna get you killed, so don’t even bother wasting your time. We don’t have to hang off of each other all the time! Stick with your friends, or just go shake someone’s hand every once in a while. This energy problem affects everyone, and there’s no sense in making things worse.
[He’s not happy about being stuck in some foreign city either, completely cut off from home, but there’s a mission to complete here. The sooner they get it done and over with, the sooner they can all go back home. Right?]
So, c’mon, guys! [Akihiko lifts his arms and punches one fist into the opposite open palm, while maintaining a confident look on his face.] Let’s help each other out, okay?

I guess so. I don't really know, either... I'm not sure why they would send people home when they took so much effort to get them here in the first place.

Hate to say it, but… if they’re useless, they might not wanna keep ‘em around. I mean, not that they’re really useless, but they want people here for specific reasons. Though I’d think threatening them with death would be convincing enough.

I... guess that's true. I--I guess I never thought about... death being involved, though I suppose I should have gotten that from "dangerously ill." [He really wants to think things are all fine and dandy here. Call him unrealistic.]
