[Just in case anyone didn't know that already]

If anyone is in need of medical attention and is unable to reach the hospital due to the current flooding, I will gladly offer whatever treatment I can. Responses will include current coordinates, as frequent relocation may be required. 

Also, in the event of an emergency, I may be used as a flotation device.

[It appears that Hiro is on the move, and he's using the AI phone that Tony had given him. It seemed that it provided a clearer connection than his old phone when it came to connecting to the network.]

Hello, Hiro. I am offering my services to those who may be cut off from more standard forms of medical attention by the recent flooding.

I am reasonably unaffected by the rain and water, and will remain so as long as electricity remains uninterrupted.

[Because recharging needs to be a thing every so often.]

[Despite the situation, Hiro couldn't help but roll his eyes and grin at Baymax's literalness. It was with affection of course.]

Uh.... [He wiped at the screen, clearly outside while it was pouring. He looked drenched as well and was the image jostled a little as he moved. It appeared he had his backpack on and it was full]

I don't know yet...uh...[He glanced around him] I had to go out and get some food and supplies and well...I can't go back the same way. The current on the street is too much. I'm not in immediate trouble or anything but I'm regretting the fact that I didn't pack a raft or something...[He couldn't help but try and joke]

[Hiro grins a little, swiping his hair out of his face and squinting his eyes against the downpour]

I should be okay buddy. [hopefully...] I have a map of the city in Tony's phone. [He does give Baymax his location anyway, just in case. Doesn't hurt to get a second opinion to compare with!]

What I wouldn't give for our upgrades...then we could fly all over this mess. [It would also make it easier to help others who weren't so lucky] I'm still up for tag teaming with you though. I just gotta drop off my stuff...

Yes. My armor would be most helpful in the current situation. But it was not brought here with me, and I am uncertain if the necessary materials and technology to replicate it exist here.
