[She turns, hoisting some blankets over her shoulders.]

Bucky wants us to grab supplies.

[He squints skeptically at the pile. That just looks like a bunch of wet cloth, how is that supposed to help...]

[How is she supposed to know? His glance is met with hers, just as quizzical.]

[She tosses them at him, before wading further in.]

[He doesn't even protest. He just grunts and catches the wet blankets, shifting them up onto one shoulder.]

Yeah, probably. Just watch your step in there.

[She turns back, giving him a little smile before working her way in to salvage.]

[He smirks back at her, kicking at the water a little.]

[Facial expression or not, she knows. She doesn't draw attention to it, grabbing the spare blankets that are in the room and hoisting them over her own shoulder. Eyes cast down as she turns around and walks back.

Grabbing him by the chestplate and pulling him down, planting an ever so soft kiss on his cheek.]

C'mon. I'll make up for it later.

[It probably says something about their relationship that his only response to being yanked down is to grunt in surprise, not fight it.]

[His optics get very wide, however, when her lips find his cheek.]

[One arm loops around her shoulders for a moment, holding on tight. Squeezing. But only briefly.]
