[Video] w/optional [Action] In Memorandum...
Hi everyone! I hope you are having a good day!
[Diarmuid waves excitedly at the screen for a moment, before having to move quickly to catch the strange little animal that starts to slide out of his lap.]
Sorry about that, Lir. I guess I waved too hard...
[The creature makes a soft burbling sound and blows a bubble at Diarmuid. The bubble bumps against the boy's nose and breaks causing him to giggle. He then turns his attention back to the terminal.]
Is there anyone here who remembers me talking about wanting to have a ceremony to celebrate all of our friends who have been sent away? I would like to have it next month by the river. There should be food and maybe even some activities, since the point is to have fun remembering our friends instead of being sad. At the end, I want to put candles out on the river floating in boats to send our wishes for our friends to them!
Will you guys help me out? Please? Lets do something nice for all the people who aren't here anymore! You don't need to have lost someone to come or help either. We're all friends here, right?
[Action]
[A few hours after making his request for help, Diarmuid can be found down by the river running up and down it looking for the best spot to have the ceremony--maybe 'festival' would be a better word--at. Lir bobs in the river following along with him the best he can. Every so often, Diarmuid stops and looks around, making gestures and talking to Lir as he tries to picture where everything will go if this is the place he picks.
He certainly won't mind if anyone stops to talk to him about the festival. After all, he's still trying to work everything out...]

Are you going to try and get some more? You can get one too, brother! I know you can!
no subject
Yes, I will! I can't lose to Lir, since I've been catching fish longer than he has!
[Seeing Lir's success has renewed his motivation, so he goes back to watching and waiting for a new fish. In a little while, another one comes swimming over and he dives in after it, grasping it as hard as he can. Unfortunately, he neglected to notice the fish's fin spines, causing him to get a cut up hand. It's all he can do to not throw the fish away on reflex. He walks over to the sure with it in tow, dropping it alongside Lir's fish.]
Brother, come give me a healing kiss. My hand hurts.
no subject
[Diarmuid rushes to get the towel his is always carrying when he takes Lir out since the horsea likes spraying him so much and carries it back to the river. Once there, he takes his brother's hand and gives it a kiss.]
Here, let Lir wash it off and then we can wrap it in this!
no subject
But then what will you clean up in if I get the towel all bloody?
no subject
Don't worry! I think Lir will make sure not to spray me until we go home, now. Right, Lir?
[The horsea trumpets and nods his head.]
Do you think you will be able to fish more once your hand stops bleeding, or should we come back tomorrow?
no subject
no subject
It's okay, brother! The festival won't be tomorrow! I don't think it will be until next month, so there is a lot of time to get ready. Oh! That reminds me.
[He points at the fish they have already caught.]
My new friend, Luke, said he would help teach us more about cooking! We should get a lot of fish anyway, so he can show us all kinds of ways to cook them!
no subject
Yay! That would be awesome! Can we go see him right now?
no subject
[After a moment, Diarmuid nods, happy with his plan.]
And if he's not there, we can leave him a note to come see us. I told him where we live already! I am sure he will stop by as soon as he can. He also likes sparring, brother. He said he would like to help train us and spar with us once he got a weapon of his own!
no subject
Really? I wanna spar! It's been such a long time since I've practiced fighting! But do you think you could write the note? I don't think I can write much with my hand hurting.
[He runs over to the fish, trying to scoop the two still slippery fish up.]
Let's go already!
no subject
[Diarmuid giggles and bends down to scoop Lir up out of the river. As usual, the Pokemon is a little resistant to leave the water, but he comes along anyway.]
Do you need help getting the fish? Please don't hurt yourself again! That would be bad!
no subject
[The fish are slippery, but he's got a good hold on them for now.]
You just take care of Lir. He's big hero today because he got us all these fish.
no subject
[Diarmuid gives Lir a squeeze and then starts toward home once he is sure his brother has the fish.]
I wonder if Luke will know an easier way to fish. We should ask him!
no subject

[Diarmuid thinks for a moment.]
If he doesn't know how to make one, maybe he will take us to the weapons shop and help us pick one! He said he found where the store was at!
no subject
[His eyes light up at hearing about the weapons shop.]
Really? There's a shop that sells only weapons? I wanna see I wanna see I wanna see!
[He bounces up and down in excitement, paying no attention to his injured hand.]
no subject
[Besides, somehow it seems wrong to use his swords like that.]
Careful with your hands and the fish! The sooner we get home, the sooner we can go see Luke and the weapons shop!
[Things will be delayed if his brother hurts his hands again on the spiny fish, after all!]
no subject
[Already, the fish were squirming much less. However, it's a little hard to hold on to them with his injured hand.]]
no subject
[Diarmuid leads the way back toward their apartment.]
We can wrap them in some newspaper and put them in the fridge. Then, we can go see Luke!
[Though, he should probably leave Lir at home, so that he can help carry things if they end up buying something.]

[Diarmuid looks down at the horsea in his arms and Lir makes a burbling sound of agreement.]
If you think you can handle one of the puppies, I don't see why we can't take them. I can always have you hold Grey if you think White might pull to much and hurt your hand!
no subject
no subject
[Diarmuid looks unsure.]
Why don't we take the puppies this time and next time we can take him to see Blackie? We haven't done much with Blackie, so we should spend a lot of time with her soon!
no subject
[He perks up as he thinks of Blackie.]
I hope Blackie has gotten bigger since last time! I want her to be big enough to ride!
no subject
[Diarmuid opens the door to the apartment building so his brother doesn't drop the fish.]
It would be nice if she was big enough to ride, wouldn't it? Maybe the people watching her have taught her not to bite so much too!
