[She still seems rather unsure about that, but the uneasiness is pushed aside rather easily.]

My name is Y'akeno Lhea, and with a handful of others having what already mentioned it, I would like to extend my services as well. Do you have that special someone here you wish to give a gift to? Or mayhap a special friend to celebrate this... "Singles Awareness" with? Whether it may be clothing, candies, jewelry or armor, I can guarantee high quality and handcrafted items on time for the 14th!

[As proof, she holds up a few necklaces and a pair of earrings as an example. Though those in the common area of Building 2 Floor 4 will see she's set up a corner that already has a couple mannequins with leatherwork and hand-woven clothing in it.]

[She nods faintly, holding it gently in her hands]

I can tell... the binding on this side is a little loose.

[But... what was that shimmer-?

...She could feel a headache coming on, and it's obvious that she was about to say something when the pain suddenly intensified.]

[earthshards]

It is? [He leans in a little to get a better look, but pauses and stands straight again, a puzzled look forming on his face and his hand going to his heart.] What...?

[It's hard to miss a connection forming like that, or the light glow that his wayfinder was emitting. A D-link, now? What could...

Before he can contemplate what could have forged the link any further, he notices the tell-tale signs of an oncoming headache from Y'akeno.

Going from confusion to concern. The strange, sudden bond with his heart can wait.] Y'akeno? Are you all right?

[ For what feels like an eternity, she doesn't see the room anymore. Stars twinkling in the night sky, the laughter of friends. It isn't hard to pinpoint, because that was the same kind of laughter she would always hear when she was amongst her blood sisters and brothers.

But she recognized that person, the one with the blue hair--and that was Terra! And what was she giving him and the other boy?

That charm? An unbreakable connection?]

[But it's his voice that pulls her consciousness back to her body, and she does her best to shake it off.]

A-Aye. I just... blanked out for a second.

[How does she explain her visions? ...Well, may as well just make mention with her curiosity. as she gets out her tools.]

How did your Exam go, pray tell?

[earthshards]

[A flicker of relief cuts through the concern on his features when she shakes her head and responds.] You sure? That looked a little painful.

[He casts a quick Cure spell nonetheless, just to ease some of that pain; he's no stranger to sudden migraines, and the healing magic of the spell works wonders, in his experience.

He blinks at the question, the confusion back full-force.] My Exam? What are you--

[He cuts himself off when the realization hits him - there's only one exam she could be talking about. But his surprise gives way to confusion again - he never mentioned his Mark of Mastery exam to her. He'd only barely mentioned the basics of how a Keyblade works.] How did you know about that?

[Terra, you should probably answer the question.]

[Color her embarrassed when the Cure spell falls over her. Yes she knew that spell well enough, her sister would cast it on her all the time.]

It... is a gift I have. [How to explain this when even she doesn't fully know how to?] You know how your sword-thing can break through barriers? I can do so too with my consciousness, though I... can't control when.

[earthshards]

[Give him a second or two as he processes that, and tries to equate it to what he felt happen.] You... have a gift that lets you see the memories in a person's heart, and temporarily forge a bond with that heart.

[That would explain the sudden D-link, and it's absence now that her headache was gone. And if she couldn't control it...

But did that mean that the D-link was still there, only inactive? He could test it later, and make sure he warns her first.] Do those headaches always start when your gift activates?
