400 or 500 years old... that's pretty old! Most Precure legends though from my world however stretch back at least a thousand years, if not more if Ako was correct. She's my sister back in my world where I was at previously. There's legends of the first Precure being chosen by the Great Heart Tree, Cure Ange.
