[Germany had avoided using the network very much. Only looking at posts from his fellow nations, well, that should change. Especially when he was looking for some help. You see, Germany has a rather interesting problem.
Right now he is sitting, apparently on the ground in his apartment. It appears the windows are open and he is careful to only show his upper body, though he is definitely shirtless. There is also a pink tinge to his face, and sweat drops on his forehead. It is clear Germany is overheated.
When he speaks, his thick German accent is punctuated with panting, as if he were a dog]
Is there a weather office to gain information on when this heat wave ends? Also, does anyone have air conditioning or perhaps a walk-in refrigerator?
[he flops back and briefly the camera dips a little low to show a periwinkle blue lower garment. Though the camera rights itself back to focus on Germany's face too quickly to fully identify the garment. Those more familiar with his culture and how he deals with heat might realize that he's in his underwear]
Though, I am not sure if even air-cooling will work. I have already attempted a cold shower to no change.
I am currently open to suggestions and any assistance that can be rendered. Vielen Dank.

Regardless, the German and accent were enough to catch his attention and, whilst he wouldn't have even entertained the thought that it might be Brocken, he's sufficiently curious enough to throw out an answer. Besides, it might distract him from the shivering.]
Germany isn't bitterly cold all year round. You can take a little summer heat, r-right?
[... damn it, are his teeth chattering? He was hoping it wouldn't show on the feed but it's caught on his voice instead, giving him away.]
video;
Nein, but this seems worse than most heat waves. I feel as though I have a fever.
[he pauses]
Is it cold where you are?

And you're not ill? [a beat] ... it's a little cold. Nothing I can't handle.
[He could come out with all-weather, all-terrain shadow warrior schtick but, somehow, he doesn't feel like it. Anyway, it's hard to look unflappable and cool-headed when the "cool" part is making you shiver so violently.]

I have no other symptoms of a cold. So I do not believe this is an illness.

He sighs irritably and hitches his blanket further up over his shoulders.] ... then we're in the same boat here, more or less. [If Germany was navigating the heavy, hot waters of the Amazon and The Ninja was in a slowly capsizing ship in the Antarctic, that is.] Does this city do this a lot or did I just arrive at a bad time?

Hey Germany. You burning up too? Well duh yeah obviously you are. [Even he doesn't have the patience to put up with hearing himself state the obvious.]
At first I thought this was just a heatwave but I checked with the locals
at my favorite place to eat latelyabout the temperature and air conditioning and all that... It's normal. Sunny, but not an actual heat wave. In fact, the locals don't seem to be feeling the heat at all. I think this is a visitor-only problem.no subject
How can this be a heat wave that only effects those of us not from this place? [he pauses] Did they happen to tell you the temperature? [not that it would be useful because they probably used different units of measure. America used different units of temperature measure than Germany did, anyways, this was probably a useless line of inquiry]

[He's definitely feeling less patient with their situation than usual right now.]
Have you found a good way to cool down yet? I think I'm going to jump into some cold water.

How can you be hot??

Y-Y-You're warm! [ He sneezes right into the camera. Eww was that spit? Italy wiped it off with a tissue as he wipes his nose with it. ] W-Why are y-you hot? And I-I'm cold?
video~
Italy, I do not think you are cold, but likely the opposite from fever. You should not have such a thick blanket on yourself as it will only prolong your illness.
[he considers, it might be colder at Italy's place, even if it was on a higher floor than him. He sighs]
I will come up soon. [he turns off the feed so he can at least be half-way decent]

action
[Germany dresses in a tanktop and shorts, even though the thought of putting on any clothes is almost too much for him, before heading upstairs.
It's about 10 minutes after Germany shut off the feed before he's knocking on Italy's door. He now has a bag containing food items, clearly, he planned on helping Italy feel better]
action
Ve!~ Al-Almost to the door!
[Italy opened the door, peeking out to make sure that it was the blond haired German. He smiled, teeth chattering as he opened it the rest of the way.]
Y-You're fast G-Germany!
