[The rat woman who may have been seen atop various buildings across the city appears on the screen, sans hat, looking unsure for a moment before appearing to realize the feed is working correctly. She clears her throat quietly before speaking in a serious manner.]

I have a question for you all, if you would be so kind as to answer.

There seem to be many worlds represented in this city, but I have noticed that there are many from a planet called Earth. I am from the planet Gaia, but I have yet to meet anyone from my world, be it the same or an alternate version.

So my question is: What world are you from, and is it similar to this place we've found ourselves in? I would like to see if there is any correlation between the home worlds of people brought here.

There are many different races: humans, moogles, Burmecians and Cleyrans like myself, Qus... it would be difficult to list them all. [And sort of impossible, given that they aren't named anywhere in canon.]

Being so used to the diversity on Gaia, it feels rather strange to be in a place with comparatively few people of different races.

I can imagine. To be honest, it's a bit startling to be somewhere that has so many different races for me. There's nothing quite like you where I'm from.

That is not surprising. I have gotten a few interesting reactions to my appearance thus far. [But she seems more amused than anything, at least.] Still, to think that people like myself do not exist in any world but my own... I wonder what significance that might have.

It may be that your kind do exist in some form in some other worlds but the peoples of those worlds haven't come in contact with you. Particularly with those that aren't terribly advanced at travel, leaving much of their world unexplored.

[a quiet pause] That is a possibility. Even on my own planet, we have largely left the continents other than our own unexplored. Perhaps I simply haven't spoken with enough people yet.

Of course, you can't completely rule out the possibility your kind doesn't exist elsewhere, but that's a possibility I doubt many would accept easily.

[He firmly believes other reapers are out there across the multiverse but just don't interact with humans directly very often.]

I would prefer to think that those like me do live in planets other than my own, considering how many worlds appear to exist. [Sure, being one in a million is sort of interesting, but it's terribly lonely.] ... but I suppose I have no proof either way at the moment.

You said that you were of a different race than humans? [She's not trying to imply anything, but you sure look human. She mostly wants to know what sets you apart.]
