The events one hundred years ago should have marked the end of this world. Events caused by the same people who lead the cynical portions of the city. Were it not for the actions of Rhea and her fellow handmaidens, the miasma would have choked the life out of the entire world... and possibly spread to others.

As for what right, I believe she has none. Though perhaps the words of others can still sway her to change that.
