To those who've met her, Serah Farron's not in the city anymore. [Light's keeping her face as straight as possible. Why emote in front of all these strangers?] It's been over a week since her disappearance. She may have been sent back home.

[Which is... honestly better for her, as far as Lightning is concerned. She's her big sister, and she'd have liked to spend more time with Serah, but she has a duty. They both do, but better for Serah to do hers, because it's far more important.]

To the newcomers: take this as a sign that we'll go home someday. No one knows when, but someday it will happen.

[And that's enough of an announcement for today. Just talking about it hurts her.]

[That's...a lot of information to take in, so Chromia puts a hand to her chin, thinking it over. So from what this woman's saying, no one knows when they go back or if they stay there. But...that last part gets her the most of all.]

When you went back, did you miss much?

No. I was returned at the exact time I was taken, and I remembered nothing about Saeng Seong. No one noticed I was gone, like I never disappeared in the first place. The only way I managed to put the pieces together is because I'm here again.

[And suddenly, she relaxes. Like a huge weight was lifted off of her. Now, even if she was stuck here, she could relax. She wasn't leaving someone important behind with no protection. Her plating settles a bit, eyes flicking down a moment.]

That's the best news I've heard since I got here.

I was guarding someone.

So was I. [And how she says it-- calmly-- is pretty much all she has to say about her situation.

She's not worried at all.]

[She has to admit, Lightning did look the type. When you're a bodyguard, you get the sense of who can do the job. And she had that air about her.]

And when you first came here, your first instinct was to go back.

Wasn't it.

It was the same for both times. The sense of urgency was greater before, when I still didn't know what was going to happen. But now I know that everything will be waiting for me when I return.

Right. That's exactly what I"m feeling now, with this.

It makes the waiting easier, that's for sure.

[And although she has a hard time showing it when she wants to, there's a look of gratitude at the woman.]

's what I'm starting to find out. Over four million years of not seeing even one of them, and suddenly they're sprouting like sparks on a new hotspot.

If you ask me, there have been more of you people coming in during the past few months.

Yeah? I saw a few of em at that 'Welcome Party' --[She completes it with finger quotes]--But they've been here longer, I'm guessin'.

[Which was a fun time in itself, since no one remembers her.]

About last month. Then this month, it was as if the floodgates had opened.

I've heard we make a pretty big impression.

[HAHA that's...her trying to make a joke. Don't mind if it's terrible.]

[In all seriousness, though, she rolls her shoulders.]

Guess we can't fault this Say-Song place on hospitality.

They probably want you all to be as comfortable as possible. After all, most of us are much smaller.
