Puzzle 003 - Video

Does anyone out there have recipes for borscht? ...Or would know how to cook it? I think I've gotten the hang of cooking easy meals, but I'd like to try something a little different.

[His adoptive aunt used to make it, but he has no idea what she used or how she prepared it. She would just give it to him and he'd eat, that's how it works. But he has to learn how to actually make food for himself here.]

...Anyone who can show me how is welcomed to come over and have some. Er, as long as it turns out edible, I mean.

[It's not like him to invite company over, but he's starting to get tired of eating dinner by himself. It'd be nice to have people over.]

Borscht? Hm... I have heard of it but I haven't attempted to cook it before. Perhaps there is a cook book in the library that has that recipe?
