[Technically, the Pokemon had arrived with the others on the 18th, but he had done his best to remain inconspicuous and had slunk away soon after receiving the welcome letter. Feel free to have seen a giant cat monster skulking about in the corner and flying off, but there's no indication that this message is from the same individual. He'd rather keep his face off the network for now.]

How simple life would be if I were unable to feel empathy. Even when I have been taken forcibly from my home and given absurd demands...

But no matter.

I have many questions, but I imagine my fellow captives have little in the ways of answers. So I will ask for your opinions instead.

Where I come from, most nonhumans are malicious and murderous. Based upon that, yes. I do assume a nonhuman from a part of my world wishes to harm me. [shhh baby questions are questions. he's not too fond of the more malicious chains in the abyss, but he knows one very simple fact: they were human once and he cannot hate them.]

However, there are exceptions - especially in this world, it seems.

It begins again when the withdrawal symptoms kick in... I cannot blame them for their behavior.

[and he has a point: species doesn't really matter as long as the individual is... okay, he supposes that's the word for it, and means no harm. that's how he treats everyone, really, humans and nonhumans like or unlike himself.]

You're right, of course - there are always exceptions and no one can be judged simply because they're 'human' or not. [he has five of them as proof - even though, you know, he said they degenerate back to the way the others in the species are when the withdrawal symptoms kick in. he's tried to keep it from happening, but...
